Including:

A brief presentation on the global impact of food waste and the main areas where food waste occurs
Group challenges to find practical solutions for food waste problems in your Workplace, your Home, Supermarkets, and Restaurants
Presentation of the Kaskantine Food Rescue project and the opportunity to become part of the volunteers' food rescue team
A Bokashi Composting demonstration for all the food scraps that can't be consumed

Food waste is a significant global problem, but local actions in different areas of our lives can make a substantial impact. By addressing food waste we can create a ripple effect of positive change.
